If this is the case, I would suggest using Me dicen Claudia. That phrase implies that your given name is not actually Claudia, but it is a name that others use to address you. You could also use Me gusta que me digan Claudia ("I prefer that others (that you) call me Claudia").

If you say Mi nombre es Claudia, I would assume that that is your given name.
