Habría vs Hubiera

Hola,

Quiero decir: "If my parents didn't have enough money I don't know what I would have done."

Cuál es correcto decir: "Si mis padres no tenían bastante dinero, no sé lo que HABRÍA/HUBIERA hecho"?

Muchas gracias, Sam

"Si mis padres no hubieran tenido tanto dinero, no sé lo que habría hecho".

That is precisely what I would have wanted to do with that sentence, thank you for confirming that as a native speaker. :-) - Stadt, Oct 1, 2011
you´re welcome, and it is common in Spain to use at the end "no sé lo que hubiera hecho" too - Peinadin, Oct 1, 2011

I found this page with 100 sentences using habría and hubiera. Many of the sentences have audio.
