In reggaeton, a tiradera is lyrical battle, beef, or rivalry. For a period of time, the battle between Daddy Yankee and Nicky Jam was a tiradera.

I think in English it could be showdown, faceoff, battle of the words... but this isn't the kind of music I know much about!
