what is your response to ESL people who ask you this question? - kmaakheru, Oct 1, 2011
I give them an honest answer. I try to encourage them for the progress they're making, but if their accent or pronunciation is horribly wrong, I correct them. - Jack-OBrien, Oct 1, 2011
Where I am, we have lot's of opportunities to help each other this way, we expect honest and helpful feedback. - Jack-OBrien, Oct 1, 2011

Try going on chat and speaking to a few native Spanish speakers, it is good practice.
