Do you translate Love God as a directive to someone in Spanish as Amor Dios or Dios Amor or is it Ammara Dios?

I'm curious, do you mean "(You) Love God," or does it mean "(The) Love God"?

To clarify, are you telling someone that they should "love God," or are you talking about the "God of Love"?

Hope I didn't confuse you more.

I bless my children on their head with the sign of the cross and say Love God or when I sign off on correspondence encouraging someone by writing Love God, - davidlassiter, Sep 30, 2011

A directive is a command so you are asking us to help you know how to say;

Love God (as in You must love God as a command )

Well, the imperative is

''Ama Dios'' (Familiar form when commanding someone/giving a directive to someone you know eg a child, family member, friend someone younger than you or someone you know well.

I hope this helps grin

Corrijan mi español, por favor grin grin

Just to help you :) You have said God and then put the word ''to love'' Verbs need to be conjugated for the appropriate person (God = he 3rd pers sing) as I have done in my post: ama (you must ) love + Dios (God) - FELIZ77, Oct 1, 2011
