How do you make Spanish nouns plural?

How do you make Spanish nouns plural? Can you add an "s" at the end just like in English? Or it more complicated than that...¡Gracias!

Welcome to the forum. Here is a link to that topic in our reference section. It's almost like English, except there aren't all those silly exceptions (mouse - mice, child - children).
