I'm applying for a job where I have to solve tech support question in english and spanish but I'm at a lost when it comes to certain terms in english that I haven't heard translated in spanish. People usually say the english version of the word but with a spanish accent so I don't even know if there is a modern translation for any of these words: Internet Download Frame rate Computer Crash File tech support

Internet is the same (Internet), just with an accent.

And for computer crash, I found this:
