Well done, you only need to make one change. Add "satisfaga" instead of "satisfacer": Entiendo las clases que necesita tomar mi hijo/a durante los cuatro años de preparatoria para que satisfaga sus metas individuales y postpreparatoria.

Another way to go would be: Entiendo las clases que necesita tomar mi hijo/a durante los cuatro años de preparatoria para que cumpla sus metas individuales y postpreparatoria.

I would suggest changing your English sentence.

I understand the which classes my student needs to take during their four years of high school to meet individual and post-secondary goals.

I understand the classes [that] my student needs to take during their four years of high school to meet individual and post-secondary goals.

I had to read the sentence twice to make sure that it was not a sentence fragment. Poorly worded. It sounds like the parents are affirming that they (themselves) are competent in the subject content of the classes that their children will take to meet the requirements.
