That really depends on who the you you are referring to is.
¿Cómo estás? - How are you? (familiar)
Familiar - the tú form - used for people close to you like friends and family
¿Cómo está? - How are you? (formal)
Formal - the usted form - used for people you are just meeting, elders, someone you would like to show respect to
¿Cómo estáis? - How are you? (you plural, Spain)
You plural Spain - used for a big group of people (you) in Spain
¿Cómo están? - How are you? (you plural)
You plural - used for a big group of "you" everywhere with the exception of Spain
Como estas? or Como esta? (formal)
¿Cómo estáis? informal in Spain
¿Cómo estáis vosotros?
