This is merely a translation exercise I am not sure if the direct translation "recursos humanos" suffices for human resources!!

The direct translation "Recursos humanos" is correct. More correct is "Departamento de recursos humanos".

As in English "Department of Human Resources" equals to "Human Resources", same in Spanish.
You have to go to Human Resources...
You have to go to the Department of Human Resources.
