The auxilary verb do is built into the Spanish verb according to which aspect of the verb that you are using:
I go, I am going, I do go. = voy
Not so in English. In English you must include one of these "helper verbs" to differentiate the verb's aspect.
And English rearranges the subject/verb order in questions so that it is Do you?; not you do used in a declaration.
Therefore, it is Do you understand?=¿entiendes?
[if that is what you were asking]
I certainly do but I don't completely understand what you are looking for in this question. Are you seeking a translation? Anyway, welcome to the forum.
What exactly are you asking? Most of the members here speak English to some extent. We have both Spanish and English speakers and learners on this site.
Are you asking how to say this phrase in Spanish?
