We are attempting to hire concrete finishers and I am not sure how to phrase it in Spanish. Looking for Latin American translation

An albañil is going to be confused with a mason or brick/blocklayer unless you modify it as in this discussion.

albañil especializado en acabador de superficies de hormigón'

or

el albañil que hace los acabados de concreto en una obra de construccion

Where are you located? I'm a concrete finisher (among other things) and I'm looking for work. You wouldn't have to translate into English for me.
