"estar bueno/buena" Example "el partido de futbol esta bueno" means the game is good, some phrases are differents, "mi amiga esta buena" , this phrase has a sexual traslate.

Another examples Mi profesor esta bueno la profesora de matemáticas esta muy buena El novio de mi amiga, esta muy bueno

Well, I don't think I'd used "estás buena" I'd say something like:

Tu blusa está bonita

Luces bonita hoy (you look pretty today)

Luces guapo hoy (you look handsome today)
