I'm trying to say my dad drives me to school would I say:
Mi padre me conduce a la escuela.
Would the reflexive verb work in this situation?
Or is there a better sentence I could say?

Well, it's not very common but some people use it, a normal sentence for me would be:
Mi padre me lleva en carro/coche/auto(móvil) a la escuela.

I would say your sentence is correct ( Mi padre me conduce a la escuela.) but your reason is wrong: "me" in you sentence is the object pronoun, not a reflexive verb pronoun. (Who or what is your father driving to school?) The answer is you. Conducirse is more to conduct yourself (in a certain manner).
