No oigo bien.

Question

If I say 'No oigo bien' would I simply be saying I can't hear you or would I be implying I am deaf or have some hearing loss?

I just want to be able to tell the examiner tomorrow if I can't hear the question as some people have said they have had that problem.

I can't hear well, you have a hearing problem.

No TE /le, os etc oigo bien

I can't hear you well

Lo siento, no puedo escuchar( -te ahora.)

I am sorry, I can't listen, I am busy.

I would use:

Lo siento, no le he oído bien.

¿Puede repetir, por favor? Es que no se oye del todo bien.

I wouldn't use "escuchar", it seems that you can hear perfectly well, but you are not paying too much atention.

I have answered my own question, it should be:- Lo siento, no peudo eschuchar.

Unless you can tell me an even better phrase?
