how to change spainsh from spanish to english
when i go to check email its in spanish i want it to be in eglish

What is your email? Is it a web-based email like Yahoo or hotmail?
When I go to Mexico this happens with my Yahoo homepage; the whole thing changes automatically to Spanish. I didn't bother to change it, but I noticed that there was an option to do that somewhere in the upper right hand corner.
If you use Yahoo, you could try downloading the Yahoo toolbar.
If you look closely at the Yahoo! Toolbar download page, there is a country selection option (lower right portion of the screen). Use the pull-down to select your country BEFORE downloading, select U.S., and that might work.
You might be able to simply re-download and re-install to fix this.

Other home page options (hotmail, for instance) would probably work the same way.

Is the website itself in Spanish, or are just the emails in Spanish?
If it is just the emails, then it probably means your correspondent has sent you an email in Spanish.
