if i want to say im going to dance, is the right way to say it would be:me voy a bailar****?

You don't need the "me". Voy a bailar

(Yo) Voy a bailar.

Yo is the personal pronoun and you only use it if you want to emphasize that it concerns you who's going dance. It's almost always omitted.

Me is a reflexive pronoun and I don't see a point of using it in this context.
