how would you write "servirlo" in the verb form. This is one of my questions for class ¿El vino? No (servirlo) ahora. I have to write the verb form for the word thats in the ()

You need to put the verb in a command form (either formal or informal). Which you would use, might vary with region, but usually with people that you do not know well (like if you are talking to a waiter), then use the usted (formal) form.

No lo sirva (usted) ahora.

With affirmative commands, the pronoun is attached to the verb...sírvalo (usted)...but with negative commands the pronoun precedes the verb.

If you had chosen tú (informal) then the command would be:

No lo sirvas (tú) ahora.
