We do apologies for the inconveniences. it is a correct question? which is the politest way to say lo siento in English?

Your statement is correct except for apologies, it should be apologize.However the rest of your post has a couple of errors.

1. is it a correct question? Should be "is this a correct statement."
2. politest should be "most polite"

If you want the English equivalent to "lo siento" is I apologize for the inconvenience or My apologies for the inconvenience
