Bandit's vacation with voice recording

Question

Three of us ¨girls¨ decided to take a short vacation. We had the opportunity to see parts of Disney in Florida. We also enjoyed some time with our best friend in Tennessee and did a little fishing and played cards. Here is a very short summary with my audio in Spanish. I am also including some pictures.

Volví de nuestras vacaciones a la Florida y Tennessee. Esta vez, mi compañera de cuarto discapacitada fue capaz de viajar con nosotras. Los músculos alrededor de sus rodillas le duelen mucho, pero la inyección de la rodilla ayudó a crear la lubricación que necesitaba entre las articulaciones.

La lluvia en ambos estados limitó mi sueño de pescar (ve mi perfil) porque estuvimos en un catamarán solamente tres horas, y atrapamos unos cuantos pescados pequeños, pero ahora sabemos que es posible realizar este tipo de viaje otra vez.

Extrañé a todos y estoy contenta de estar de vuelta.

Voice recording in Spanish

I have returned from our vacation to Florida and Tennessee. This time, my handicapped roommate was able to travel with us. The muscles around her knees hurt her a lot, but the knee injection helped to create the lubrication she needed between the joints.

The rain in both states limited my dream of fishing (see my profile) because we were on the pontoon for only three hours, and caught some small fish, but we now know it’s possible to attempt this type of trip again.

I missed you all and I am happy to be back.

I would like to thank Paco and his wife, Ana, for helping me with my Spanish pronunciation. My level of Spanish is beginner.

In Animal Kingdom we saw birds, dinosaur bones, and listened to African music.

These photos are from the Hollywood Studios parade, featuring the Pixar characters. I especially like the Monsters, Inc and Toy Story characters. (Didn't we just have a game stimulated by Ray)

Myself and my roommate, Wanda.

Mainly we fish with night crawlers and yes, we do catch some mighty big fish! (Taken near Sunset Marina, Dale Hollow Lake)

Yes, the rain came in during the Temple of Dome stunt show. The numerous lightning strikes finally cancelled the show, but we did see the huge bolder chasing after Indy! jeje - bandit51jd, Sep 22, 2011

¿Qué demonios son "night crawlers"?

@ Annie - They are big worms! Usually they are sold by the dozen. Sometimes two dozen. Here is Wanda choosing a nice fat one! There is no Spanish translation for "bluegill", which is a type of fish. Bluegill love night crawlers and they also love red worms, which are smaller than the night crawlers. Thanks so much for your question. I wondered how I could get this photo posted without bothering member's stomachs!
