Por eso sucede lo que sucede, y sucederá lo que va a suceder.
Literally:
For that, it happens that which happens, and it will suceed/happen that which is going to succeed/happen.
Or,
So, what happens, happens, and whatever will happen, will.
It's hard to translate into English because suceder is a richer word than happen, and because the syntax is different between languages. But that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
In Spain there is a saying that is almost iconic:
Pase lo que pase sea lo que sea.

Whoa, this question caused my brain to explode!
I'm a little confused on what you're asking. Would you like a translation?
Hmm...let's see, for "What happens, happens", I would say "Lo que pasa, pasa"
Lo que - what
Pasa - in this case, "happens"
Que será, será. ![]()
Usually, when words are repeated with lo que, you use the subjunctive (or future).
Pase lo que pase (May what pass, pass) Sea lo que sea (May what be, be) Que será, será (What will be, will be) Haga lo que haga (May you do what you do) Suceda lo que suceda (May what happen, happen)
Hope this helped! ![]()

Thanks for your answers.... The actual sentence in Spanish is... ready....
Por eso sucede lo que sucede, y sucederá lo que va a suceder
The translation and the question is on the first part of the sentence:
Option 1
For that reason, what happens happens and what will come to pass will pass
Option 2
For that reason, what happens happen and.....
Option 3
For that reason, what happen happens and .....
and... what would be the grammatical explanation to your answer?
Help! Is driving me NUTS!!!!!
Thanks!!
It seems to me that you are asking about the correct English translation of the first part of the sentence. Is that correct? If so, you could say it several ways.
Por eso = for that (reason) = because
Because what happens happens. (The most literal translation.)
Because whatever happens is what happens. (To me, the best sounding translation.)
Because what's going to happen is going to happen.
