1: Can I say te gustas de mi? o te gustas a mi? 2: Also "le gusta": means He likes her/him? in English? 3: Y que el me ayudar...... means "And what he can help me is....?"

Thank you for your helpsmile

How do can I say "Do you like me" in Spanish?

Depends.

If you want to know if they find you attractive, in other words, a romantic interest, then you want: ¿Te gusto?

If you want to know if they like you in a general sense, then: ¿Te caigo bien?

You could say - ¿te gusto? lit' - to you, I am pleasing smile

although I'm not sure if that's a very common expression, another way is ¿me quieres?

Yes for your No 2

for your No 3 that doesn't seem to make sense in either language I'm afraid :(
