How to say "no way!"
I've been using "Qué nooo!" But I don't think it's widely recognised in mainland Spain (I picked it up somewhere but can't remember) and may not even make sense :D
So how would you exclaim "no way!" ?

¡De ninguna manera! (No way I'm going to do that, etc.)
¡De veras! (No way...that's true?)
¿En serio? (No way....really?)
¿Cómo no? (of course)
Depending on context.
por supuesto no (of course not)
claro que no (of course not / obviously not).
Also: "¡No puede ser!" = "It can't be!"
I've heard (among other things) "ni modo" . However, this might have been on Spanish TV aimed at Spanish speakers living in the U.S.A.
You could say "¡No me digas!"
I've heard of Qué va! and as Mariana said, De ninguna manera! ... Hope this helps!

Well, depending on context, of course, there are a number of options that you can use:
¡Ni hablar! = No way!
¡Ni de coña! = No way/You must be joking!
¡De ninguna manera! = By no means! / No way!
Indirectly (ie: implied!)
¡Me estás tomando el pelo!= You must be joking! (There's no way I'm going to do that!
I hope this helps
Corrijan mi español si es necesario, por favor
"No, güey, de ninguna manera".
Ni hablar
De ninguna manera.
How about: para nada or ni loco
