Welcome to the forum!

I believe that "chonies" is a colloquial word for "underwear" or possibly "pants".

Here's a reference from the urban dictionary.

As dogwood said, chonies is colloquial for underpants. Derived from calzones.

En unas regiones de México son chones o choninos...


I think "chonies" is an example of Spanglish...if anything it would be chonis - no need for the "e"... but I believe it is spelled chones for calzoncillos... anyone else? tongue wink
