Can I use 'no pasanada' if I want to say 'it's ok' 'no probs' 'don't worry' 'it's alright' etc or does it have a more specific/appropriate use?

That's pretty much how you use it, yeah. It's a pretty useful little expression!

edit: oh yeah, and don't forget the space "no pasa nada"
