I think that you could also say:

¿Dónde se puede coger (o tomar) el autobús?

= Where can you (or one) take the bus?

take meaning pick up (metaphorically)

Or more simply:

¿Dónde está la parada de autobús?

= Where is the bus stop?

Also, you can ask: "Where is the bus stop?" ¿Dónde está la parada de autobuses?

Or where is the closest bus stop?

"Dónde está la parada de autobuses más cerca?
