Can you use a reflexive pronoun with an indirect object pronoun? (I think it's an indirect object pronoun, but pronouns confuse me)

I was going to say:

"She apologized to her."

Can I say:

"Ella se le disculpó"

or should it be

"Ella se disculpó a ella"

or something else?

I believe that your first guess is definitely correct.

Your 2nd guess is also correct but you have to add the IO pronoun: Ella se le disculpó a ella.

A ella is thus optional as long as it's clear from the context to whom she is apologising, since just le can be ambiguous.
