There's no "impactiente" word in Spanish. You might be thinking about one of these two:

1) impactante: Shocking. "Fuimos a ver Barry Lindon en el cine, es una película impactante".

2) impaciente: Impatient. "Eres muy impaciente, ¿por qué no esperas a que terminé la película?"
