You can buy a Spanish Dictionary that tells you what Spanish words mean in English or the other way around. They're not that expensive too.
I just bought one a few days ago and my Spanish teacher at school told me i improved. There's another one i just mentioned. If you have a Spanish teacher, you can ask her to give you some advice to Spanish.
