Subjunctive Question: Lo bueno es que....

Hoy recibí un email de Spanish Word of the Day. "Lo" es el asunto de hoy. Una frase de ejemplo es: Lo bueno es que ya tienes alguien en quien confiar.

Mi pregunta: a mí me parece una opinion de alguien. Por que no se utilize "tengas" en lugar de "tienes". A lo mejor no es 100% seguro que alguien es confiable.

Es que ahora en mi aprendizaje está luchando a contra los subjuntivos y tambien los reflexivos.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I don't see that sentence anywhere, but I think you're right.

I also wonder if we need a personal "a" here.

I'd say:

Lo bueno es que ya tengas a alguien en ...."

Edit:

After further thought I think that I'd use the indicative here because of the certainly, reality, of the situation. "What's good is that you already have a person...." It's a fact that you have a person, so it's not subjunctive "tengas", but rather, indicative "tienes."
