Is Transparent Language a good program?

Has anyone used Transparent Language program? If so, is it a good one?

Their old "Spanish All the Way" books were extremely cheap on amazon last time I looked and still good. Spanish hasn't changed all that much. They're not fantastically exciting but they explain the grammar nicely and recycle words a lot to help you remember them.
I don't know what the new courses are like either I'm afraid.
