the first sentence is 1. ¿Te gustan bistec o cocktel de frutas?
2.¿A vosotros la gusta viajar a Nuevo York? 3.¿A ella le gústa leer de articulos de ciencia?

You would ask ¿TE GUSTA BISTEC O COCTEL DE FRUTAS?. Even though you have two subjects in the question, you are asking whether you like one or the other. If you were to ask ¿TE GUSTAN BISTEC Y COCTEL DE FRUTAS? you would be asking whether you like both. The difference comes down to the use of OR or AND.
¿A vosotros OS gusta viajar a Nueva York? OS is the correct personal pronoun.
