In most of south america I found it was always dale, esta bien or okay (with a spanish accent of course!) and in uruguay, they also say 'sta' (as in shortned esta)

Bién, or even more common,

"Está bién."

Or the equivalent of "Okee Dokee"

¡Sale vale!

In English, we say "OK" or "okay". In Spanish, we say...

Vale

I've also heard "bien".

or bueno. A lot depends on how OK is being used...¿como una muletilla? - 0074b507, Sep 13, 2011
Vale is Iberian, as jeezzle points out. Nothing wrong with that! - Jeremias, Sep 13, 2011

Hay muchas formas de decir "ok". Se dice "vale" en España y"'bueno" o "está bien" en ciertos países. Pero, que yo sepa es común decir "okey" (con esta ortografía) en todos los países hispanos.

Bueno is far more common than "Vale" around here. I think "vale" is less Mexican at least around here. In fact, OK is far more common than "Vale" around here. Outside of TV shows I would venture that I have never heard any Mexican use vale to mean OK, although I'm sure some regions use it. Same goes for "venga ya", "mola", "inodoro", regional differences you know.
