I need to include the strange holiday "National Chocolate Pudding Day" on a calendar for my Spanish class. How do I write this properly?

Muchas gracias!

From Wikipedia:

Pudding

Includes regional variations:

budín: Chile, Argentina, España (algunas regiones), México (algunas regiones), Paraguay,[1] Puerto Rico,[2] Uruguay.[3] y Perú.

pudín: Cuba, España (algunas regiones), México (algunas regiones), Colombia.

pudin: España (Galicia).

Chocolate Pudding

El budín de chocolate (en inglés chocolate pudding) es un tipo de postres con sabor a chocolate.

I don't know who wrote the Wikipedia article, but in Argentina that is "postre de chocolate", not "budín". - 00e657d4, Sep 12, 2011
You are allowed to go and edit it to be correct, it is a communal effort. :-) - Stadt, Sep 12, 2011

And there are other things very much like chocolate pudding, including my personal all time favorite desert,

Boca Negra

**Boca Negra**

Nomás un poco picante, que sabroso...
