The First Revolution Shot on Film

For those of you who have access to PBS broadcasts, who found Paco's translation exercises based on Ruis' la revolucioncita mexicana of interest, or who have a general interest in Mexico's revolutionary period -- you might want to watch for this documentary, scheduled to be rerun over the next couple of weeks. (Unfortunately, although a Spanish language version is planned, the narrative is currently only in English.)

Every time I see these pictures I am reminded that my Grandfather . . . born in Bagdad, Chihuahua, was a child soldier from the time he was around 10 till he reached 16. We have never known enough about what happened but i am so proud to be the grandaughter of a Villista.
