Hi, Diva! No Spanish possibilities come to mind...This is, however, a girl's name in Germany (Zah-bee-nuh). If it were a Spanish version of that name, I would expect the spelling: Sabina (Sah-bee-nah). Does this make any sense in your context? (If you could provide context, some of the great people in our community will have ideas!)
