Official Documents- probably not of general interest

One of the dubious pleasures of moving to a foreign clime is the legal angle. The *papeleo* involved. I have before me an ornate, somewhat ancient looking document with strange graphics. It cost me Neuve Céntimos De Euro. . ¡Mira! Interesante ¿no? Voy a metir tambien las preguntas debajo. . Check out the document, 2 sided. There is some interesting and quite formal language there. If you ever plan to rent a property, (legally), in Spain you will have to buy this from the estanco (tobacconist) and fill out your details before passing it on to the owner to complete. . I'm about to hand over my completed version to the landlord of the place we plan to rent. I hope I have done ok. For those interested I'll append the text below the scan of the document itself. It has 2 sides more or less the same, one for the Arrendatario=me and one for the Arrendador=the owner. ¡glups! veo que hay unos "typos". So, my question is, do we all agree on the meaning of some of the more esoteric elements in the document? For example, I have decided "D/Da" probably means Don o Donna. do you agree? . I'm going to post this now as my internet connection is about to go down but I'll add the other meanings I arrived at later. Hope this is of interest to some SpanDict users, tell me if it's a time-waster..hard to know, ......Later

Are you kidding? A waste of SD time...come on birdland!! This is great...I work in a schools district that sends out English, Portuguese and Spanish documents...I always have extra and I do study them.

Sigh. Just when I'm starting to think I speak Spanish, something like this comes along to crush my illusions!
