Healing and closure

Healing and closure

¿Cómo se dice "healing" en el español?

Por ejemplo, "We must hope for healing and closure." I'm very stumped on this one.

My attempt: Tenemos que esperar para healing y closure...

An example for "closure" in the SD dictionary is "llegar a un desenlace satisfactorio" - would anyone like to state their opinion on that?

Muchas gracias LOL

What's with "healing" today? Odd...

In this sort of context, "healing" is always "sanación". Curación refers to the physical restitution of injured tissues.

Therefore: "We must hope for healing and closure" - "Debemos tener esperanza de que habrá sanación y cierre", although given more context, I may come up with a better way to say it.

Well healing can be curación or sanación but I don't think I've ever heard these words in emotional context. So maybe throw in the word emotional like "tenemos que esperar sanación emocional y que lleguemos a un desenlace satisfactorio."

This is a really good question though, I hope someone can give better insight!
