What's the difference between 'nos' and 'nuestros'?
When do you use "nos" in a sentence and when do you use "nuestros"? For example, is "nos Dios" correct? Or should it be "nuestros Dios"?

"Nos" is an indirect and direct object pronoun. It also acts as a reflexive pronoun to indicate the said action is being received by the doer.
"He told us the story" - Nos dijo el cuento (Here, "nos" is the IO)
Give it to us! - "¡Dánoslo!
"We showered and left for the party" - Nos duchamos y salimos para la fiesta
"Nuestro/a/os/as" is a possessive pronoun meaning "our".
"Our mother is twenty-seven years old" - Nuestra madre tiene veintisiete años.
"Our dogs ate at four" - Nuestros perro comieron a las cuatro.
