If you want to download the video lessons from this site you can find them in several popular formats by downloading them from iTunes, BlipTv, etc. Many of them are available on YouTube. Depending on which format that you download them in you will need a video player that supports that format. If I recall correctly iTune's are in mov4 format. The lesson here are in swf or flv format and need a Flash Video player to watch them. On the BlipTv site you could use Realplayer to download them directly into your Realplayer library. A lot of people here watch them with QuickTime players, but I think that you need a Flash Video add-in to view them unless the newer versions of Quicktime now have one built-in.
