If you fill out your profile so people know which language you are learning it would be easier to answer.
Are you asking for the English pronoun for masculine "they"?
If so, English does not use gender so "They are going" is correct for male or female.

Ellos, I think, is what you're looking for. As in, ellos van de compras (they go shopping).
