How would I say "You know it!"? Would "Sabes que sí" be correct?

My Mexican friend agreed with me that chipotle adobo is delicious on pizza, and I want to agree back to her!

Lo sabes (like says), tú lo sabes or sabes que sí. It's correct.

That really is not an expression we would use. We would answer something like "Sí, es delicioso" o "Sí, me gusta mucho" o "Sí, es muy rico (sabroso)".
