My Mexican friend agreed with me that chipotle adobo is delicious on pizza, and I want to agree back to her!

Lo sabes (like smile says), tú lo sabes or sabes que sí. It's correct.

Cool, thanks. It's ok if it sounds a bit awkward; after all, she knows I'm just a gringo. I just want to be sure I didn't say anything that's straight-up wrong or stupid. :-p - dex1lsp, Sep 7, 2011

Hola! Great question.

Perhaps "lo sabes" would work.

If any advanced/native speaker would like to correct me on this, please do so!

That really is not an expression we would use. We would answer something like "Sí, es delicioso" o "Sí, me gusta mucho" o "Sí, es muy rico (sabroso)".
