"What does she/he look like?" is "¿A qué se parece ella/él?" or "¿Como qué luce ella/él?"

"How does she/he look?" is "¿Cómo luce ella/él?"

Cómo se ve? (how does she look) Qué parece ella? (what does she seem to be) Stuff like that. It's not one of those things that would translate with the same connotations I don't think.
