Can you please clarify the meaning of the note. If I understand correctly, a boy has been missing school and you are writing to his mother, asking her to come see you on Friday. Or is she supposed to see the psychologist? And what is the purpose of the second sentence? Does the boy have to come along? Maybe try to rephrase to something like:

Dear Mrs. Dantos,

Your son, Ángel has been missing classes in the past ... days/weeks. Please come to my/the school psychologist's office this Friday (September 9, 2011) at 11:30 to discuss and try to resolve the issue. In case of questions or doubt, the school's administration is at your service at: ... (phone number)
