The more foothold Spanish gets in America the more of a chance I have of going there and working for a few months. 'Cause really besides enjoying learning languages I haven't got any saleable skills!
One language never replaces another unless through war or through outlawing one of the languages. Like Felix said, languages evolve, and languages that are next to each other borrow words a lot. But with or without Spanish it's likely the English you hear in 100 years will seem strange to you. Written English will probably stay the same apart from the new proper nouns because of all these pedants that won't let me write "yunno" and "gonna" and complain about "unlike" as a verb. 
No. I believe in some places English will be English (or at least change within itself) and Spanish will be Spanish (or change by itself) and that in some places where the two meet, we will begin to see a cross dialect that may one day be it's own language.
