"Conjugate" is only used for verbs, but in any case, adverbs in -mente require an adjective, and "facilidad" is a noun created from the adjective "fácil". Take the adjective fácil, and simply add -mente to it: fácilmente.

• If an adjective changes from -o to -a, like tonto/tonta, feo/fea, you add -mente to the feminine form: tonta -> tontamente, fea -> feamente.

• If an adjective has only one form for masculine and feminine, like perro valiente / perra valiente, you simply add mente to it: valientemente.

The adverb in -mente has an accent only if the original adjective has it too.

"add -mente to the feminine form" ?!? Rampant sexism!! - samdie, Sep 3, 2011
I will use that argument the next time people start complaining about the use of the generic masculine. - lazarus1907, Sep 3, 2011

You take the adjective "fácil" (easy) and not the noun "facilidad" (ease).

Easily - fácilmente

"fácil" is an adjective, it means "easy"

You add "-mente" at the end to get "fácilmente (adverb)" which means "easily"

"la facilidad" is a noun

You can add "con" to get

"con facilidad", which means "easily", or "with ease".
