I would interpret enmiende here as the polite command form of enmender and read the sentence as "fix" or "straighten up" your life.

'Enmiende' is the third person singular present subjunctive of the verb 'enmendar'.
Depending on the context it could mean two things..
Formal command --> fix up your life.
Espero que enmiende su vida ---> I hope that he fixes up his life.
