¿lluvia corazon?

En una canción me escuché las frases "lluvia corazon" y "lluvia esperanza" (o otra forma de esperar, no requerdo) ¿Qué significa las frases? Soy muy mal con los "idioms" Si la significa es una corazon que está lluviendo, me parece raro a dice "lluvia corazon" Y como siempre no puedo entiendo si esperanza es por hope o por waiting aun con contexto.

In a song I heard the phrase "heart rain" and wait/hope rain. What do these phrases mean? I am very bad with idoms. I've heard the phrase raining heart, which I've heard before and understood and crying heart, but heart rain seems strange to me. (Could it be tears of the heart?) As always I can't tell if esperar in this instance is for hoping or waiting, even with context (albeit, context that I'm not understanding fully).

It probably means crying heart.

The heart rains tears.
