Please review my translation

Question

I know this isn't a translation site so I have already made the translation and would really appreciate corrections. Also, if any of you know the answer to my question, please let me know :

I am moving to Santiago but I need help. I know Chile well since I have lived here for awhile but not Santiago. Which neighborhood do you recommend? I'm 22 and would like a neighborhood that is active/energetic during the day and at night (I hate Las Condes, for example). Since I don't have a car, I would like to be as close to these places as possible: restaurants, grocery stores, cafes (coffee), music, metro and bus stops, plazas, and bars.

I know responding will take time but I would really appreciate it since it will shape how I live. Thanks in advance.

In terms of punctuation, before every "pero" you need a comma, especially before "pero no Santiago", where the sentence makes no sense without it. I know how boring it is to type the ñ, but it is better than having 22 anuses. I don't know what you mean by "micro".

I was also going to ask, using estoy mudandome instead of me mudo would be incorrect, right (since I'm not doing it right now)?

If you have already started, and part of the furniture is already on the new property (or on its way), then "estoy mudándome" is perfect, but if you are about to move, then this progressive tense is completely out of the question: the action should have started and be progressing at the moment you utter those words. In English "I am doing it" is used for future intentions, but not in Spanish.
