How do I politely say "let me know"

I'm trying to end a letter to a Spanish-speaker, and I want him to feel free to ask me questions. I'm just wondering if a phrase like "let me know" might be more colloquial than "avísame" --

"Házmelo saber si necesitas algo", or more politely, "Hágamelo..."

"Avísame" is not as colloquial as you think, by the way. You can turn it into a polite request by saying "avíseme".
